Forward your production email
Your show gets its own email address. Forward what prep generates — scripts, schedules, breakdowns, gear quotes, lookbooks, transport lists — as PDFs, spreadsheets, or photos.

Everything routes itself
The app reads each document and puts it where it belongs: scenes onto the board, call times onto the day, equipment into the department's package — and routes it to every department it affects. Every file stays searchable.

Everyone sees their day
Each department has its own workspace, and any crew member can ask by WhatsApp — the answer comes from the schedule, the script, your notes, calendar, or your department's documents. Not from memory.
Built for pre-production
A show is organized in prep.
While the script goes to V17 and the schedule to V28, every department is building — breakdowns, bids, fittings, scouts, looks. The Daily DoP keeps each version straight and each department’s material sorted as it forms, so decisions are made from the current version, never last week’s. The call sheet is the product of that work — and by the time it goes out, everything on it already has a home.
The production office has its scheduling suite. Below the line runs on email. This is the other half.
The assistant
Your crew can just ask.
No app to learn, no login to remember. Crew text a WhatsApp number and get real answers — call time, pickup, tomorrow’s schedule, their tasks. Photos and documents they send are filed to their department, with their name on them.
And it works both ways: assign your crew tasks, put a question to another department, capture a note — straight from the conversation.

Departments, connected
No department works alone.
A stunt changes what costume builds. A crane changes what locations arranges. The Daily DoP keeps every department aware of what’s coming down the pipeline at them: any department can flag another on a specific item, and the flagged department is notified — not left to find out on the day. New documents, gear changes, and schedule moves reach the people they affect, automatically.

When the shoot starts, everything prep sorted is one tap away: call times, the day’s scenes, the approved sheet, your pickup. Drafts never overwrite approved paper, new versions supersede old ones automatically, and when scenes move, the departments affected are notified.
